ISEO registration: LAST CALL!!!

Currently we have only 3 members who are interested in the ISEO 2005 competition. The people are:

  • Sarah Haroon Khan (Group Discussion)
  • Anwar ul Haq (Math & Science Quiz)
  • Yasir Hussain (Math & Science Quiz)
If anyone else is interested, then please contact me (Khurram Farooq) or Sarah Haroon Khan ASAP. Keep in mind that today is the last day for registration!

Announcement!

Due to some circumstances, some unfortunate (the changing of rules regarding the result certificate), some fortunate (the marriage of our Chairman) and some neutral (like the meeting of board of directors of Mensa), the results and certificates have been inordinately delayed. This serves as a notice to all current members that even though we have crossed the 200 member mark, we only have a handful of active members, and most of them are professionals, or students having their exams, and hence sometimes many of them cannot spare their time so we are in dire need of more volunteers. Aspiring Mensa members should not be discouraged as we try our best to fulfill our duties, but there is room for improvement, and instead of criticising they can join the organisation and be instrumental in bringing about a change.

This is to inform you that Mensa Pakistan is once again participating in the Sixth International Schools Educational Olympiad, ISEO 2005 is scheduled to be held from the 11th to the 18th of January 2005.
This Olympiad is organized by Karachi High School in an effort to provide a competitive outlet to students by bringing together schools from all across the country on a single platform to compete and exchange ideas and knowledge, thus encouraging intellectual growth and collective learning.
